Creative Products, Inc. is truly a family business. Today, Jeff Smith (President) and his brothers Randy and Tom, as well as Jonathan Smith, 3rd generation, guide the organization that their dad, Marvin Smith, started in early 1965.

Today, CPI specializes in creating beautiful, cultured marble and Duron solid surface products for the home & business with a strong focus on bathrooms (vanity tops, tub & shower surrounds). If you can dream it, CPI can create it!

Creative Products, Inc. moved their showroom and manufacturing facility to the Eber Road Industrial Park and stayed there for 20 years.

1987

1987

Duron Solid Surface material was initially developed this year.

Creative Products added solid surface products to complement the beautiful, cultured marble products they developed primarily for bathrooms in Ohio and Michigan homes and businesses.

A well-known Michigan based company, asked CPI to fabricate slabs of solid surface and ship to them in Michigan where they would crush them into particulates and convert them to blends that they would resell to other manufacturers so they could produce their own solid surface components. This service continues to this day.

CPI built a larger manufacturing facility at 1430 Kieswetter Road, Springfield Township, Holland, OH. The showroom opened in 2002. They became known for producing high quality cultured marble and Duron Solid Surface products.
